Return to Kodak Gold: The Streets of Köpenick.
It's been quite a while since I shot my last roll of film, let alone a roll of Kodak Gold. I decided it was time to break that streak. I loaded a fresh roll into the Leica M2, paired it with the classic Summicron 50mm, and headed out for a walk around Köpenick in Berlin.
The warm, nostalgic character of Kodak Gold is unmistakable. Walking through the quiet streets and along the water provided the perfect backdrop to test out this mechanical setup again. It felt great to slow down, meter manually, and earn every single shot.
Of course, no test roll is complete without a few frames dedicated to my cats at home. They were more than happy (albeit a bit sleepy) to model for me.
Below are the results from this roll.
